Crafted the first working 24/7 support system in the company and oversaw both remote and local teams for full-tier support. Managed a team to successfully install ElliQ units across Canada and the USA, in both internal and external research projects. Provided Airplane to Venue, on-site, technical support when catastrophic failures in units occurred. Created documentation, dashboards, and preliminary systems definitions in order to maintain a successful Customer Support system.
Worked closely with the VP Product, VP R&D, Head of Research to enlist any necessary development and report to Production Managers regarding the successes/issues with the current system.
