Initiated, and coordinated with the Director, EMA/EMS and many County officials, the establishment of, and citizen training for, FEMA Disaster Shelters for people and their animals in Towns County (TC), Georgia; TC has 2 approved pet friendly shelters: the only Georgia county with two.
