I launched my financial services career as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch, laying the groundwork for what became over 30 years in investment advisory and wealth building.

In those early years, I focused on building strong client relationships - working with individual investors, small business owners, and emerging entrepreneurs. I developed skills in portfolio management, investment analysis, and comprehensive financial planning, while learning how to make complex financial ideas simple and actionable.

I gained experience in market research, securities analysis, and risk management, with a focus on asset allocation, mutual fund selection, and retirement planning. I exceeded new client acquisition goals and built a solid referral base through consistent, high-quality service. Most importantly, I learned that real trust comes from clear communication and a deep understanding of each client’s goals.

The foundation I built at Merrill Lynch prepared me for the sophisticated wealth management challenges I would later take on at Morgan Stanley and ultimately gave me the expertise and perspective to launch Pinnacle Wealth Advisory, where I continue to serve high net worth clients and business owners with clarity, care, and confidence.

LEX Markets offered a new way to access the benefits of institutionally underwritten commercial real estate properties. Lex shareholders could buy equity (via Reg A) in a discreet commercial real estate property, receive pro rata distributions alongside the owner, buy or sell shares in the OTC Market via the LEX Alternative Trading System (ATS) without lockups or hold periods. If the underlying asset is sold, shareholders receive their pro rata proceeds without fees or carried interest. All investors could invest through LEX. It was a great idea but the headwinds were gale force.
