Accountable for creating plans to maintain and renovate over 600,000 sq. ft. of residential space. Supervised and managed human resource functions for a team of three full-time and two part-time employees and indirectly supervised sixty-five Resident Assistants (RAs). 
•Built transparency into the employment application and selection process. Shared the topics covered in interviews, the criteria for reviewing resumes, and how the staff was selected and placed with all candidates.  
•Served as the Diversity Advocate for selection and addressed issues of bias if they arose in the process. 
•Designed a quarterly 360-degree performance review process for RAs. Solicited feedback from their peers and residents. Combined that information with information from their supervisor to get a complete perspective on their performance. Addressed bias in the review process by working with supervisors to determine specific performance goals.  
•Redesigned the $11 million housing rate structure to address the concern of being restricted on housing selection because of pricing. Flattened the model and placed 85% of the rooms on campus at the base price covered by financial aid. Was able to meet the projected revenue goals.
•After hearing concerns about the role gender played in limiting housing options, established a gender-inclusive housing policy. Eliminated the prohibition of mixed genders in multiple occupancy rooms, used a student's gender identity instead of cisgender, and guaranteed an all-gender restroom in all buildings.  
•Students were frustrated having to do housing selection in person and on paper. Transitioned the entire process for applications and selection online, allowing students to have real-time information on application status for programs and the availability of spaces. Saw an increase in accuracy and a 30% decrease in the time to complete selection. 
•Established the reporting, investigation, support, and education process for the Bias Response Team.
