Hi, I’m Michelle 👋 

I’m a former in-house CMO turned founder and CEO. I cut my teeth on brand, marketing and customer experience at Fortune 500 companies including J.P. Morgan, Fidelity Investments, Manulife Financial and E*TRADE. I jumped off the corporate ladder to roll-up my sleeves and build start-ups and, in 2013, I founded Growth Street and pioneered the fractional growth leadership category. 

Along my journey, I've been under the hood of hundreds of companies - from early-stage start-ups to century-old businesses - and I know what makes one business successful while another can't get past go.
