Just as CEOs who optimize for quarterly profits often fail to make the strategic investments necessary for long-term growth, the same is true in our own personal and professional lives. May rose to senior leadership and now teaches others how to communicate their impact with confidence. Her insights are especially useful for anyone ready to step forward in their role.
