My expertise includes conducting thorough reviews of material takeoffs, engineering plans, and technical drawings to ensure mathematical precision and support the creation of comprehensive Project Management Plans.

I spearheaded the design and implementation of adaptive project controls systems tailored for reporting on “Strategic Nuclear Projects.” These systems ensured compliance with regulatory requirements from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Department of Energy (DOE), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). From project scoping and planning to change management and risk analysis, I ensured every phase of the project was executed with precision. My role also included Earned Value Management (EVM) tracking and reporting, as well as overseeing issue management and risk mitigation strategies.

Serving as Cost Engineer for multiple buildings within the project, I managed project plans totaling $400M, ensuring alignment with performance goals and financial benchmarks. I was responsible for integrating the Primavera P6 schedule, Prism Cost Management system, and SAP financial system to create seamless workflows and accurate reporting. Collaborating with project teams, I defined and reported project performance metrics using EVM, delivering key insights to senior management.

Additionally, I served as the owner of the Change Control process, overseeing the Change Control Database and tracking systems for Contingency and Management Reserves.
