As Elected President of ESOMAR for 2015-2017. I promoted the impact of research for profitable and ethical decisions. This objective implies extending the recent efforts made by ESOMAR in the area of:

- Developing opportunities for win/win collaboration between research participants, research providers, research users, and new (big) data providers for higher value creation

Dr Flores holds a Phd in marketing, speaks internationally at conferences and publishes in journals on the topic of Web3/digital marketing analytics, marketing metrics, social media and innovation. 

His last book deals with web3 & metaverse marketing (April, 2023. - EYROLLES).

He is the author of "How to Measure Digital Marketing" published in January 2014 by Palgrave MacMilan Editors, praised as " the Reference Guide" for measuring and valuing Digital Marketing, 

He published a first book in French on the matter with Dunod in July 2012, "Mesurer l'Efficacité du Marketing Digital", the book received the Price for Best Marketing Book from the Academy of Marketing in France. The 3rd edition of the book was released in August 2021.

He is co-author of "Marketing Management: a Value Creation Process" (October 2012, Palgrave MacMillan).
