Ticombo is a peer-2-peer online marketplace for live event tickets, uniting primary and secondary market in one platform. 

▪ After successfully closing seed investment, I hired and led the IT development team and launched the product within 14 months, generating +1 Mio in revenue.
▪ Tasks: Fundraising, Hiring, Financial Reporting, Product Definition, Go-2-Market Strategy, Online Marketing.
▪ In 2019, I have handed over the CEO role to my Co-Founder, while still acting as an advisor for Ticombo.

Nustay is a data-driven OTA from Denmark, previously IPO'ed  (www.nustay.com).

* Process Optimization of the hotel integration process, definition of process flows and roadmaps.
