I’m the Co-Founder & CEO of Katalyst, a New York City-based startup where we’re building AI agents for enterprise sales teams. Our mission is simple: make every account executive dramatically more effective by giving them an AI colleague that understands their pipeline, surfaces what matters and automates admin. 
With a computer science background from Cornell and experience across cloud observability and GTM at companies operating at massive scale, I’ve seen firsthand how much revenue teams lose to slow complex sales admin and manual prep. Katalyst was born to fix this.

Samarth is a focused individual who is determined to achieve his goals. He is currently a masters student at University of Toronto, majoring in Information System and Design. His experience as an ASC math tutor has further enhanced his knowledge and skills with numbers. Staying in an International dorm has also helped him understand the aspects of various cultures which will later help him bring a global perspective to whichever organization he works for. He can speak more than 5 local languages of India and has a complete proficiency in Hindi, English and Bengali.

Born into a family of businessmen Samarth has always had a penchant for business. Also, his life experiences have further strengthened his interest in business. From interning in a big accounting firm to providing consulting services for an unstable retirement home his life has always given him opportunities to utilize his problem-solving skills and that is something he aims to pursue as his career by aspiring to become a Technology Consultant. Samarth believes his desire of having a spontaneous and challenging career as well as his passion for traveling, the consulting industry would be a good fit for him as distinctive projects across different industries would drive him to grow professionally and personally.

He has a professional objective of joining a values-driven organization, with potential to thrive and have maximum impact. Specific industries of interest: FMCG, Technology, Management Consulting -- as well as International Organizations working at the nexus of the sectors. After gaining real-world experience across different industries by working in a consulting firm, he hopes to leverage his experiences, skills, and knowledge and start up his own successful company in the future.
