I’m the Co-Founder & CEO of Katalyst, a New York City-based startup where we’re building AI agents for enterprise sales teams. Our mission is simple: make every account executive dramatically more effective by giving them an AI colleague that understands their pipeline, surfaces what matters and automates admin. 
With a computer science background from Cornell and experience across cloud observability and GTM at companies operating at massive scale, I’ve seen firsthand how much revenue teams lose to slow complex sales admin and manual prep. Katalyst was born to fix this.

• Conducted comprehensive cost analysis to identify key drivers impacting gross margin across client accounts, including bill rates, resource costs, and utilization metrics, leading to targeted margin improvements.
 
• Developed and maintained a cost analysis dashboard in Microsoft Power BI to monitor and track account performance, providing actionable insights for optimizing account health and profitability.

• Supported the Microsoft Tech Vertical Team in migrating 150+ customers from Microsoft-acquired Nuance to the HCLTech environment as part of the D365 Contact Center transition.

• Managed and closed sales pipelines and worked on the Customer Acquisition Tool to generate KIF IDs to streamline customer onboarding process and drive revenue growth.

Barclays

•Developed and maintained software for customer care representatives.
•Worked on the frontend as well as backend and compiled respective unit test cases to add new workflows and resolve the issues in the existing workflow for the Barclaycard US Contact Care Desktop using Java, React, REST APIs and Junit.
•Migrated the calling process for agents from physical desktop phones to Amazon Connect to eliminate external dependencies on tools like Avaya.
•Digitalized the entire litigation process from paper-based model to Salesforce web-based tool.
•Designed the user interface and layout of the salesforce application and gathered end-to-end requirements from the stakeholders.
•On Occasion filled in for the team’s ScrumMaster.

Ramaiah Institute of Technology, my career path has been diverse and forward-thinking, marked by a commitment to blending technical prowess with strategic insight.

What I Do:
I specialize in creating data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across various domains. My professional journey includes founding RapidAlley, a digital development agency, and co-founding Gypsenia, an innovative travel startup. These experiences have not only honed my entrepreneurial spirit but have also deepened my expertise in project management, business analytics, and user-centric product development.
