I’m the Co-Founder & CEO of Katalyst, a New York City-based startup where we’re building AI agents for enterprise sales teams. Our mission is simple: make every account executive dramatically more effective by giving them an AI colleague that understands their pipeline, surfaces what matters and automates admin. 
With a computer science background from Cornell and experience across cloud observability and GTM at companies operating at massive scale, I’ve seen firsthand how much revenue teams lose to slow complex sales admin and manual prep. Katalyst was born to fix this.

• Performed browser compatibility testing by configuring 300+ test scripts to ensure seamless functionality across multiple browsers, successfully transitioning them from Chrome to Firefox for browser-independent test case execution.

Associate Software Engineer

Recognized in "Hall of Fame of India & APAC Software Engineering Program for Innovation" for developing critical features that improved the customer experience of more than 13000 users.

• Reduced the migration time of large customers from 2- 3 hours to under 5 minutes by developing a new service called bulk user upload in Cloud Foundry, Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).
• Mentored 2  new Interns by explaining the nitty-gritty of stories, monitoring their progress and steering them in the right direction. 
• Fixed 15+ production bugs and supported multiple production releases of Receivables Online (RO) enterprise application.

• Built Dynamic Reporting feature in the new platform, which allowed customers to generate customized reports based on their user-defined templates.

Software Engineer I

Worked on J.P. Morgan Integrated Receivables enterprise application, a proprietary solution that supports more than 1000 corporations by providing key capabilities at each step of the receivables process to automate accounts receivable, reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and improve working capital.

• Drove micro-service adoption of Receivables Online by introducing 5 new micro-services and many REST endpoints using Java Spring Boot framework. 
• Adopted Test-Driven Development (TDD) by increasing the unit test coverage to 90% using Junit.

Aidapp is a college start-up with a mission to help small businesses in India adopt the latest technologies in their day to day operations. 

Led a team of 5  to develop "Saledrive", a sales management app that allows supervisors to track sales reps and their tasks on the go.

• Spearheaded technical vision and strategy of Saledrive by designing the architecture for back-end servers and interaction with the front-end mobile UI.
• Pioneered cloud-first strategy of the start-up by configuring AWS EC2 instance to host the back-end server applications.
• Rallied team of 5 by guiding them through Ionic Framework to build the mobile application for Saledrive.

Having witnessed first-hand  the immense potential of digital solutions, I am deeply fascinated by innovative and sustainable digital technologies. My particular interest lies in bridging the gap between proof of concept research conducted in labs and the practical implementation of industry-ready applications. I strongly believe that technologies such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Micro-Services, and Cloud Computing have the power to simplify our lives. As technologists, it is our responsibility to embrace the latest research and work towards making it accessible and affordable to all.

Over the course of my three-plus years in the IT industry, I have gained expertise in designing technical architectures using cutting-edge concepts like Microservices, RESTful API designs, and Cloud Computing, among others. I have worked extensively as a Full-stack Developer, employing technologies such as Spring Boot, Kubernetes, React, MySQL, and more. Additionally, during my free time, I have delved into areas like Blockchain, Machine Learning, and Data Science, including topics like data mining, supervised and unsupervised learning, deep neural networks, and TensorFlow. These pursuits have resulted in the publication of two papers in international journals. Furthermore, I am proud to have co-authored a book chapter for Springer, which has garnered over 206,000 digital downloads. Additionally, I have secured an Innovation Patent grant from IP Australia, showcasing my commitment to innovative solutions.
