Fostered growth and maintained clients long-term in a fast-paced environment. Built out and sustained the vision and strategy for the client services department. Vetted leads, conducted sales presentations, closed deals, handled contract negotiations, and directed a team to deliver on client needs. Personally found and onboarded new logos to grow Triton from 10 clients to over 30, and grew additional revenue streams of other LOBs.

InPulse Response Group

Coordinated all internal activities related to the client’s campaign. Managed and coordinated the activities of the client services department. Partnered with all internal departments and with client vendors to provide seamless service to the client and ensure client’s expectations were exceeded at all levels and across all divisions. Interacted daily with call center director regarding activities related to all inbound and outbound calls. Traveled to clients to stay knowledgeable with product, goals, and to maintain loyal, happy relationships. Assisted in preparation and monitoring of Department’s annual budget and quarterly goals. Played an active role in the creative development and implementation of client campaigns, including strategic marketing, scriptwriting, creative offer structures, and response measurement. Analyzed problems, identified alternative solutions, and implemented recommendations.

Attended industry trade shows and traveled to national clients. Conducted all client product training and implementation of campaign strategy. Grew client list based on performance and word-of-mouth through the industry.
