With over 15 years of experience in the non-profit health and human services sector, I am a data-driven, people-first, servant leader who strives to create and implement innovative and effective strategies and programs. As the Chief People and Culture Officer at Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers, I oversee Human Resources, Compliance, Training, and Workforce Development including the Central Arizona Area Health Education Center (CAAHEC).

I am passionate about fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and equity that supports the mission and vision of the organization and its employees. I am also a seasoned facilitator and certified instructor in Therapeutic Options, Motivational Interviewing, and CPR/First Aid/AED, and I leverage my diverse training experiences to design and deliver engaging and impactful training and development initiatives. My goal is to empower people and teams to achieve their full potential and to contribute to the well-being of the communities we serve.
