•	Appropriated a budget in excess of $1,200

Graduate Resident Director

•	Created and implemented a training for student facilitators and participants in a Speaker’s Bureau
•	Coordinated the LGBT International Tea, a Pride Week event that focused on global LGBT issues
•	Organized “Coming Out as an Ally,” a Pride Week event for administrators to show their support
•	Successfully advocated for a full-time/graduate student housing staff partner live-in policy
•	Worked with housing staff to find ways to better serve LGBT student needs in housing application
•	Reviewed CAS Assessment previously performed to better align the office with the CAS Standards

•	Completed assessment tasks to research needs in university housing
