In this role, I led The Predictive Index's Science function, providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership internally and externally to shape a product optimizing the workplace experience. I developed and maintained a program research on employee selection, development, and engagement, grounded in strong scientific practices and cutting edge data-analytic techniques. More than just an assessment team, the Science team conducts research about all aspects of the employee and employer experience and educates others on the benefits of applying science to work.

I also led the product marketing function, responsible for such areas as positioning and messaging, competitive intelligence, and new product launches.
