We use AI throughout the user journey to deliver hyper personalized recommendations.

Together with the venture studio arm of MVPF and DB Schenker, I validated a vector in B2B SaaS. The objective was to identify key pain points in how small to mid-sized e-commerce companies handle supply chain and procurement topics, to transform these insights into a viable market opportunity. The result was Venderly (still active: https://www.venderly.ai/).

- Leading product and business development; working hands-on with teams to sharpen their value propositions.
- From time to time; organizing workshops for ideation or growth related challenges
- Managing online ads on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, and handling web tracking with tools like Google Tag Manager
- Analyzing early-stage startup business models to set up essential business assumptions
- Conducting customer interviews to identify market needs
- Creating high-converting landing page mockups using Sketch or Figma; executing them in Webflow to run engaging ad creatives on different online platforms for validation

My role was quite versatile and I directly contributed to our startups validation/ growth by applying my hands-on strenghts.
