These two photos were taken one day apart.

On the left, I’m dressed up, full of energy, coming off a packed week of work and my friend’s 20-year marriage anniversary that turned into a proper celebration.

On the right, it’s the next day.

And I’m completely out.

I’ve always been labelled “the hater.”

At university, I couldn’t stand the crowd.

My content repels as much as it attracts. Meaning, by the time someone becomes a client, the alignment is already there.

I like to slash prices at the first point of contact with every client.

For example, I charge $3k for a service that brought clients $100k+ in sales.

Some say I’m naive, but they're missing out on an important point;

The idea is to close the sale, then massively overdeliver.

Before you know it, this client is coming back.

Only this time, they're not asking about the price.

Being a solopreneur is crazy hard.

Yeah, it's easier to get started today:

- The sum of human knowledge is at your fingertips.
- You can reach anyone, anywhere, without leaving your house.
- The answers to every question you can think of, and more? 2 clicks away.

But it's also easier to get confused:

- Who do you listen to?
- Which strategy should you adopt?
- How do you stand out from the other guy selling the same thing?

And a thousand other questions that lead you away from your end goal.

The harsh truth:

You can't afford to get confused.

The solution?

→ Stop reading how-to guides.
→ Stop following the latest trend.
→ Start looking for someone who's already where you want to be.
→ Start following in their footsteps by adapting their systems to your business.

I may not be the right person for you to emulate.

A sexy name can make a big difference in sales.

In fact, it can be the main differentiator between a 3, 4, or 5-figure promo campaign.

That said, below are a few of my best-performing offer names.

(The first one’s for internal use so ignore it.)

If you pay close attention, you’ll notice they:

→ Lead with a specific, tangible outcome.

 “The $2.35M LinkedIn Bundle.”

→ Signal contrast or tension.

 “Hard Value vs. Soft Value.”

→ Speak to people I intentionally want to attract.

 “Content Pillars That Monetize (Not Grow) Your Audience.”


Sexy names sell in large numbers.

Half the battle is already won in the first five words.

I’ve spent the last week going through my entire Google Drive.

Years of writing. Old offers. Old client work.

When you zoom out like that, patterns start jumping out.

Here’s what I noticed:

✔️ What you’re doing now is your best content.

Every single time I closed a client, it was because I was writing from experience.

- Trends I figured out.
- Strategies that brought results.
- Where I went wrong. (and what to do instead)

There’s something oddly powerful about building in public.

Almost as though it’s irresistible to the reader.

But it makes total sense.

When you talk about the problems you’re solving in real time—

Everything naturally relates back to your ideal clients.


✔️ Case studies are your path to profit.

Chances are, you already have more proof, momentum, and case studies than you think.

You just haven’t been documenting them properly.

I realised that from a single 60-min Masterclass I ran back in 2023:

→ Carlo got 3 leads worth between $45k-$150k in total.
→ Sonia got 2 high-ticket clients on retainer. (I didn’t even write down the numbers.)
→ Dior got her first one-off client and 1 retainer client. (After she wanted to give up on her business.)
→ Darren got his first retainer client at $800/month.

Each of these results is a case study, and each case study is one step away from making an extra $5,000+ a month.

Because the easiest way to attract new clients is by talking about the work you’ve done with past clients.

So sit down, map out 2-3 client transformations, and post about them.

This is how you turn 1 client result into a line of ideal clients knocking at your door.


✔️ Your learning speed is determined by your willingness to look stupid.

Going through years of my own work made that painfully obvious.

Every day, I'm getting over myself.

What I said in the last client session. What I posted 2 years ago. And not to mention the level of cringe when I read a sales page I wrote back in 2020.

But the faster you’re willing to be wrong, the faster you’ll be right.

When you leave your ego at the door, progress follows, and so does the profit.

So back into the trenches we go.

In 2020, no one had any idea who I was.

- They didn't know what I did.
- They didn't know what I stood for.
- And they definitely didn't want to hear me talk.

Fast forward to 2026:

- The VP of Brand Marketing at a $2B company
- 6-figure Consultants
- Senior Fortune 500 lawyers turned Coaches
- Justin Timberlake’s former Social Media Manager

All joined the Authority Club.

What happened in between?

Nothing magical. The path is pretty straightforward.
(and stupidly repeatable):

Pick a profitable problem your clients need solving now.
Identify who is willing to pay you to solve it for them.
Then build the rest of your business around that one thing.
And talk about it daily.

Extract topics from what you're working on, then pull out your swipe file & proven templates to turn those topics into profitable content.

Take this week as an example:

- I went through my old G Drive and wrote 2 case studies from client wins I’d forgotten about.
- I mapped out my plan to scale to consistent $30K months, and posted about it.
- 3 clients got 3 big results. (Created 1 post, saved the other 2 for next week.)
- Identified a follow-up that consistently closed high-ticket deals, then wrote an email about it.
- Got a great testimonial, published it.
- Simon started rewriting his LinkedIn profile. (Saved the idea for a future newsletter.)
- Wrote this post outlining the above.

Plugged them all into prewritten templates, so I could write fast.

And just like that, I had ten days of targeted content, all while building in public.

2 years ago, I launched my group coaching program, the Authority Club.

It’s one of the best models I’ve run.

But also one of the easiest to underestimate.

Here are the pros & cons.

PROS:

➕ Recurring revenue. Predictable income gives you peace of mind and takes the pressure off every single month.
➕ Leverage. You deliver once and help many people at the same time.
➕ Built-in social proof. Wins stack fast, so you constantly have results to share.
➕ Scalability. You can grow without your workload increasing at the same rate.
➕ Better thinking. Questions you’d never get in 1:1 sharpen your frameworks.
➕ The people inside are a BIG value add. The shared learning inside the group is phenomenal.

CONS:

➖ Energy management is real. You’re not just coaching, you’re holding the room together.
➖ Not everyone gets equal attention. Some people will always need more than the format allows.
➖ You need serious structure. You can’t “wing it” like in 1:1.
➖ Harder to personalise. Advice has to land for multiple people at once.
➖ Churn hits differently. When people leave, you feel it.
➖ Community doesn’t build itself. Building & marketing a community isn’t for the faint-hearted.

→ Step 2. Scale Without Hiring.

As a solopreneur, you only have so much time in the day.

A few 1:1s, a couple of group sessions, and you’re already running at capacity.

This is why I’m adding one layer that’s infinitely scalable, generates recurring revenue, and acts as the backbone of your solo operation.

All without adding extra work to your plate, or hiring more people.


→ Step 3. Sell On Autopilot.

I recently stopped running my “Set & Forget” email funnel while restructuring parts of my business.

As a result:

- Revenue has become inconsistent.
- Income now comes from 1 source instead of 3, making the business less resilient.
- Leads are tied to hustle. As soon as I stop writing, enquiries slow down.

An email funnel that runs in the background solves all of these problems.

It stabilises your revenue, sells different offers that appeal to different audience problems & spending power, ​​and keeps bringing in sales while you focus on other things.

This is how you write once, sell forever, and keep compounding over time. 

That’s why my main focus now is to keep building systems that protect my time, make my business harder to break, and easier to run.

All while getting paid handsomely in return.

- OCDina getting stuck in endless polishing. (set deadlines & ship)
- Prioritising actions that directly drive revenue. (at least 70% of the time)

Turn the steps into small offers. Break the BIG problem you solve into smaller steps that link into each other.

Think live workshops, masterclasses, bundles, short programs. Each one solves a specific part of the bigger problem.

→ Step 4.
Offer the full process. Once someone solves the first problem with you, the next one appears.

That’s when you offer the full process through group coaching.
Now you’re upselling in bulk instead of one client at a time.

Offer more access. Clients who work with you, see how you think and get results will naturally want more access.

This one question helped me close deals faster:

Now the prospect is picturing the outcome… with a date attached to it.

And that’s when things move.

→ Little & Often: This model is all about working fast & charging low. You’re good enough to be in high demand, but still scared of charging your worth. Be prepared to jump models before you burn out. (Medium time, low price)

→ Average Joe: This one's neither super profitable nor time-intensive. It’s where most people say “good enough” & stop looking for improvements. To grow, you need to identify what’s missing in your life, and choose a model that gets it for you. (Medium time, medium price)

→ High Earners: This is for those high-level experts who’ve beaten the feast or famine cycle. You take on 1 or 2 massive projects/year & always have another lined up. On paper, you’ve made it, but there’s still room for growth if you’re willing to step out of your comfort zone. (Medium time, high price)

→ Automaster: You’ve mastered the art of low-ticket. Selling $100-$500 offers on autopilot with minimal time investment. To get here, you’ve taken the steps to create an Evergreen Funnel, filled it with hungry subscribers & now the whole thing runs in the background. (Low time, low price)

→ Community Coach: Congratulations, you’ve risen through the ranks & now stand in the Top 1% of the 1% Coaches. This one's about solving client problems at scale, with multiple offer layers ensuring that you get paid what your time is worth. (Low time, medium price)

→ ConsulKing: You’re the cream of the crop. All those years spent handling expensive problems for big-name brands have paid off. Now, instead of spending 6 months doing everything yourself, they pay you the big bucks for a couple of hours of your time. (Low time, big price)

I am a podcaster that:

-Doesn't own equipment (although this is coming).
-Doesn't edit the episodes (my editor is an angel sent from heaven)

And I am not ashamed to admit this. All the big brands have the same in common.

Airbnb is the world's largest accommodation provider, yet it doesn’t own a single property.

Uber is the world's largest taxi company, owns no vehicles.

I turned 30 on Sunday and here's what I learned in my 20's:

1-No one will validate you or you dreams, you carve your own validation and people will jump on it later.

2-People won't see you until you see yourself. Learning how to be your own biggest cheerleader will change your life and your career.

3-No goal is too big or too far from you. You and your goals are one. The gap between these is your identity, work on your inner world like your life depends on it, because in some extend, it does.

4-It will never be what you think, it will always be what is. Make the most of every season of life, they are preparing you for a bigger assignment.

5-All we have is now. Learning to be present is as important as carving a vision for your life, don't lose sight of what you already have on the chase for more.

6-Confidence isn't a given, is a development. No one will give you confidence. You gain and earn your own level of confidence by the actions you take, the habits you create and the people you choose to surround yourself with.

7-If you have a big dream, and don't chase it, it will keep calling until you go all in on it. Your dreams don't wait for the right time, the time was always right.

My 20's were truly a whirlwind but I've learned so much about life, about success and failure, about people, about myself, about the world. 

And I believe they were the foundation for what's to come in my 30's.

Here's to another decade of screwing up, figuring it out and reaping the rewards.

My goals genuinely scare the heck out of me. 

And that's what makes them special and unique because they demand me to become a bigger and better version of myself.

You see a podcast, House of Impact, me as a host... but what you don't see is:

-The days, hours, weeks and months working behind the scenes on a rebrand.
-The amount of research and learning on what it takes to turn House of Impact into a worldwide cultural brand.
-The 12 hrs days pitching guests and sponsors.
-The international tours that get saved last minute.
-The drive and resilience to break into the U.S market when Publicists reject your pitch.
-The unwavering believe to become a keynote and TEDx speaker.
-The faith to impact 1M people by 2027.

All of these goals are giants I want to conquer. But it will require a version of me that's forming. 

The very uncomfortable "becoming" when you're still in the messy middle.

The work ethic, belief and resilience it takes to build the plane as you fly it.

For me House of Impact is not only a podcast, is a movement, a calling I've been pushing for many years...that's finally coming to the surface.

Somedays I feel like I truly am getting close..others I feel like I am failing and have to start over. 

The magical rollercoaster of following your dreams.

But if I know something for certain is, failure is an illusion and success is attainable for those who believe in themselves.

So here's me, exposing my biggest goals in hopes it helps someone dream bigger.

"You need to niche down, your podcast can't simply be about self-improvement, there are too many".

I got told this at lest 10 times in the first year since launching House of Impact.

I got told this by marketing "experts". But every time someone told me that, I got a bit "triggered". 

For a second I really gave it a thought "should I just stick to what I've known and done for the last 7 years?"

That comfort zone for me, was business and marketing.

But I knew that House of Impact wasn't just going to be another 
"self-improvement" show. I knew it was going to make an impact and blow up.

So I didn't listen. And I am glad I didn't.

Because after 18 months of doing this consistently and having had the pleasure to talk with the biggest guests in the industry, I realized:

You do not have to pick a niche or "niche down". 

Your story, your journey...THAT'S the niche. The niche is YOU.

I never tell my clients to "pick a niche", the first thing I always ask them is "what's your story?".

Don't treat your podcast like another marketing strategy. Treat is as a space to share your story and amplify your impact.

Monetizing a podcast isn't as difficult as you think it is...if you follow this:

When it came down to monetizing my podcast I got told I needed 100k+ downloads and a gazillion of Youtube views. 

I am a tough cookie, so there was something inside of me that told me:
"There has to be a simpler and faster way to monetize".

It took me a few months to get to that "aha" moment, but when it landed...

I cracked the code.

As I've been sharing my journey from launching to growing House of Impact to the top UK charts, I've learned what it really takes to not only grow a show but to make money while doing it.

So I've started sharing everything I've learned and everything I wouldn't do.

After 1 week I had 3 people asking me to help them do the same.

Not to only launch and grow a show, but monetizing their expertise while doing it they way they enjoy the most.

A lot of people don't realize this about podcasting, but it is the most trust building and authority building channel you can ever build for your business and brand.

It is raw. It is authentic. It is unfiltered.

The power of "One More".

1 year ago I was at my lowest. I just got out of the worst breakup of my life that felt like a divorce.

I had to start all over again in every are:
Emotionally
Financially
Spiritually

Life felt like it was falling apart.

I struggled to get out of bed every morning, I struggled to do basic stuff like cooking, showering, going for a walk, getting dressed...heck, I even struggled making coffee!! (that's when you know it's serious).

I wasn't only on an emotional crisis but on a personal level, a lot of things in my life did not feel right. I didn't know what would feel right, but I knew what was feeling very very wrong, and that was my starting point.

I knew something had change if I really wanted to turn my life around.

My biggest mistake was trying to change all areas of my life at once, I only ended up more overwhelmed.

By the time July hit, I was packing my bags, flying to the US and recording podcasts with the biggest names.

After that, the podcast took off, I had the privilege to travel for 6 months.

I sit here a year later, with the biggest opportunities I've ever had and feeling very grateful for where I am at.

But I also think: "How did I get here?" 
and that was through the power of ONE MORE.

As I struggled to get my life back together, I had to look for the least resistance path to change. So every week I would do ONE MORE thing that would get me to live the life I have now.

Things didn't really compound until I was at month 6 of doing ONE MORE.

And 12 months later, I keep applying the same into my life. 

Sometimes we underestimate our ability to change our circumstances..because we look at how much we have to climb instead of looking at the direction of the climb.

And sometimes, we don't realize how much we've climbed until we look back.

I made $19,400 the last 30 days through podcasting.

I never share numbers or brag about it...but I hope this encourages more leaders to start their show.

I started House of Impact back in 2024, I launched 31st October 2024.

It took me 15 months to monetize. 

I wasn't actively promoting any of my services. 

I stopped selling completely for over 12 months, because I thought I could *only* monetized through downloads.

Whilst downloads have quadrupled since then and brand partnerships are starting to roll in...that's not the only monetization path.

I wish someone would have told me this when I started:

3 ways I monetize my podcast (and make the most money and impact I've ever made):

-Consulting/Coaching 
-Guest placements (some guests pay X $$ to come on the show)
-Integrated brand partnerships
-Keynotes

This 4 monetization paths have only recently opened up...but they were always there. I just wasn't open to see it.

Podcasting is a long-term game, but it is a game that, if you stay in the arena long enough (2 years+), the compound effect it has on your business, your life and relationships is just...exponential. 

There is nothing like it, truly (coming from someone who's been in marketing since 2019 and has done it all).

People look for human connection, and podcasting is how you create connection, trust and authority.

Your podcast will be a hobby as long as you treat is as such.

Truth is, if you want your podcast to bring you ROI...you need to treat is as a show that will make numbers from the very beginning.

Even if it takes longer than expected (hello, it will), is ALL about perception.

The way you perceive your show, your brand, your value in the market place...will all be determined down to you.

If you don't perceive it as something people will value and brands and sponsors will bet on...you will never bridge the gap to having a well known and profitable podcast.

I've talked with several people on the DM's this week who said, they love their podcast and podcasting, but it is a hobby, a "side quest" even though they would want to turn into a full-time "quest". 

The key thing here is intention, which is not the same as PERCEPTION.

You can have the best intentions for your show and career to take off...but if you do not perceive yourself and your creation as something brands and partners will invest into...you will never turn it into full-time.

Make sure you are anchored in your mission from the very beginning and work on increasing your perception.

Nothing is too small or too big, as long as you don't make it as such.

My two cents on this fine Friday morning!

Here's what having a Podcast can do for you:

I've talked with a fair amount of leaders who think a podcast is a "cool passion project, nice to have side quest". 

Fair enough, I also thought that when I started.

But what if I tell you, that exact belief is what's holding you back from:
-Starting and launching your show.
-Receive the wildest opportunities ever.
-Grow your business in an "unconventional" podcasting way?

When I started looking at monetizing my show, I was really close minded:

"I can only monetize through CPM (Click per Mille), which is going to take a good 2 years".

But there was this day not long ago, when I woke up with 3 DM's from 3 different people asking for help to start their show.

I also then saw another email from another brand requesting a collab and potential partnerships. 

My light bulb went on and it hit me like a Whitney Houston high note.

"What if there was a way to monetize a show without waiting for it to blow up?"

So I started monetizing my own show first, through:
-Consulting and Coaching
-Integrated Brand Partnerships
-Keynote speaking
-Guest placement

And I realized something that changed me from the inside out:

"I can only imagine there might be a lot of people who don't start a podcast because they disqualify themselves before starting. What if I could change that?"

So I started working with leaders to help them launch their show, bring their passion and their strengths to the forefront, and help them grow their business and personal brand.

This was never in the cards for me, but all the suffering and the 2 years trying to figure it out have paid off.

So, if you're holding yourself back thinking you're not "qualified" I hope this post makes you think twice and encourages you to take that step and just start.

P.S: This is a pic of me when I went onto other people's podcasts and I took a pic as if I was a "podcaster". I was also not ready, but I did it anyway, and now House of Impact is a global show that's listened to in more than 67 countries in its firsts 15 months.

I created House of Impact because I was seeking change.

Not only in my own life, but in the life of others.

I stepped into the podcast studio to record my first episode (which I had to re-shot 2 months after) on March 21st 2024.

I had no expectations.
No script.
No fancy speech.

But I had one goal in mind:
Impact 1 life. If I was able to do that through my show...

My goal was accomplished.

After reading a research paper on change and living a life of purpose...
I found out that only 6% of people feel fulfilled in their professional and personal lives.

For some, 6% isn't that bad, for me...that number hurts.

l I was looking for was change. Change in my personal and professional life.

So I started interviewing those who were at the other side of that change.

1,5 years later...House of Impact is impacting thousands of lives, helping people realize they CAN indeed change...and, maybe, grow that 6% to 10% in the following years.

I've had a lot of calls this past week with a lot of great leaders and professionals looking for that change in their lives and careers.

And I wish I could scream from the top of my lungs that podcasting will bring them that change....

I can't do it for you unfortunately, but what I CAN do is guide you on that path to change, guide you and hold your hand and empower you to start your own show. 

The time is now. Podcasting is only starting to grow as an industry and those who jump on the bandwagon this year, will see their shows go mainstream in the following years.

It isn't easy, but it is worth it.

The reason why podcasts fail is not because of their content or niche.

Is because the lack of consistency on the front end AND back end.

Podcasts is one of the most volatiles industry.

Have you heard of "pod fade"? Is basically what happens when a lot of GREAT podcasters stop releasing episodes and the podcast just...gradually fades without giving any heads up to the listeners.

When I got into this industry, I knew that If I wanted to be in the top 1% I had to create a system that would allow me to be consistent even when crap hits the fan or life happens.

So I got to work and batch recorded 10 episodes. I launched with 10 episodes on backlog and kept adding from that.

While I don't tell my clients to have 10 episodes on their backlog, I DO advise them on having a backlog of 3-5 episodes, AT ALL TIMES.

I've been able to have a consistent backdrop of weekly episodes since launch on October 2024 because I made sure consistency would be a given. I engineered it that way.

And that's when the podcasts took off and the big opportunities started landing.

If you want to make something great, start by knowing your weaknesses and work on contingencies so you don't fall off the bandwagon.

I had to re-record the first solo episode 3 times.

Truth be told when I say: I had no freaking idea of what I was doing.

I only realized I was recording vertically after I recorded 2 solo episodes, which couldn't be used.

To say that I was upset and frustrated, would be an understatement.

In that same week, I also recorded 2 guest episodes I couldn't use because the angles were wrong and so was the sounds.

I asked myself: 
"Why am I really doing this if I clearly have no idea what the prick I am doing?! 

At that moment, the easiest thing would have been to go back to running my m marketing agency. But I didn't want to. I knew I needed a change in my life and the podcast was it for me.

So I spent 3 days researching podcasts, looking at their angles, audio, light, everything.

The week after I got back into the studio and recorded with 3 more guests and this time I did it right. 

I was proud of myself. Not because I had 3 good recordings, but because I figured it out all by myself.

If you're in the journey of starting or growing your show, know that it will be frustrating at times, but the most important thing is to have fun in the process so you don't give up, cause that's the easiest.

Remember why you want to grow a podcast and how many more people you can impact.

Your mess is your message.

Here's what I would do If I wanted to start and monetize a podcast within the next 3 to 6 months:
(from someone who went from nothing to a Top ranked podcast)


1-Story over education (first 5 episodes):
The single thing that drives most downloads and partnerships is storytelling.
Who are you, where did you come from, why do you do what you do, what was your turning point, how can you help?

The first 5 episodes I'd solely focus on communicating your vision and let people relate to you.

2-Strategic guest placements:
I'd look for the top or most relatable guests in your industry that have a specific audience (piggy back from your guests audience here is HUGE).

Ex: You're helping people invest smarter and grow their wealth, bring a guest who's been on other podcasts and has a more established audience. 

3-Communication over perfection:
Podcasts that grow and bring big guests, don't have it all perfect, in fact, they are messy behind the scenes, but they own a VERY powerful skill: The art of effective communication.
Know how to communicate your vision to your guests and partners...and you'll be set up.

4-Set up the show for monetization from the GET GO:
Biggest lie in the industry is: You need 100,000 downloads to get monetized.
I call that "horse crap". You do NOT need to be on the charts to monetize.
But you need to know what value your show brings and how this can help other companies advertise their products/services. 1 or 2 aligned partnerships can bring in multiple 5-figures.

5-Get over the fear of speaking your truth:
This is a BIG one. Getting over the fear of exposure will bring you more growth than strategy. Trust me. Speak your truth. BE BOLD. BE POLARIZING.

This will help and connect with your audience more than being "politically correct".

And last one...for the love of God..HAVE FUN.
People can tell when you're faking it or forcing it (and so do companies).
