A former Tesla engineer just built a chip that’s aiming to kill the counterfeit luxury market.

Her name is Luci Holland. Her startup is called Veritas. The chip is smaller than a gemstone, sits inside a luxury product, and if ANYONE tries to tamper with it - it goes permanently dormant. 

Even Flipper Zero hacking tools can’t crack it.

She just raised $1.75 million from Alexis Ohanian (Reddit co-founder) and Stanley Tang (DoorDash co-founder).

The $30 billion counterfeit industry thrives because authentication is hard.
