As a member of the agency's senior leadership team, my responsibilities include: 

•	Lead development of analytical products and frameworks that provide tangible revenue benefits	to the agency's clients; provide recommendations regarding how specific approaches or techniques can be leveraged to generate new insights
•	Combine, Analyze & interpret structured and unstructured data using appropriate statistical techniques; create outputs that are readily intelligible to business decision makers
•	Serve as the head of Warschawski's Digital Advertising & Data Analytics Team; design & implement bespoke digital marketing solutions based on data analysis; liaise with creative and web development teams to ensure all client projects remain on schedule and creative designs are data-driven and brand-centric 
•	Create, implement and interpret detailed business and data analytics for all interactive/digital campaigns. Utilize data collected to adjust campaign ad buys and strategies in real-time to achieve client goals and stay within campaign budgets
•	Lead multiple business development initiatives and actively participate in setting the firm’s strategic priorities for expansion and client growth; demonstrate to non-technical decision makers the value of analytics as a competitive advantage 
•	Conduct client and competitor research and provide strategic guidance on positioning, business model development and areas of opportunity.
•	Develop strategic action plans that leverage existing client capabilities to achieve strategic priorities and meet revenue/ROI goals; build custom ROI models capable of supporting the business case for additional marketing investment
•	Oversee all corporate communications, including speaking opportunities, thought leadership positioning, and press coverage for key client accomplishments

Sam brings more than a decade of experience in business & data analytics, digital marketing and strategy. He currently serves as Warschawski’s EVP & head of the Digital & Analytics teams. 

Before leading the vision and growth of the W’s digital services, Sam played an instrumental role in the launch of the agency’s SEO, Digital Advertising & Data Analytics team. In this role, he has helped establish a data-driven culture throughout the agency while assisting clients in achieving exceptional bottom-line growth through the fusion of innovative econometric, business analytics and digital strategies with robust, multi-channel marketing campaigns.  

Since joining Warschawski in 2015, Sam has helped build and train the agency’s growing digital team, while leading digital programs, campaigns and analytics solutions for many of the agency’s largest clients, including: Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK), Biologics Consulting, Heritage Training & Shooting Center, The Law Offices of Evan K. Thalenberg, Global Telecom Brokers, Alex Cooper & Hammond Law. Sam is a member of the Digital Analytics Association and a frequent columnist for some of the industry’s leading publications, including Marketing Insider, Convince & Convert and Duct Tape Marketing.
