People don’t buy based on logic. They buy based on EMOTION.

We’re living in a time where:

- Attention spans are collapsing
- Expertise is collapsing
- Certainty is not increasing with more data → it’s decreasing
- You can throw all of the possible information at a buyer, and they’ll still want to get on a call.
