Every “boost” that promises quick likes and comments might look good on the surface, but anyone who’s been here long enough can spot the difference.

The comments sound scripted.
The likes come all at once.
The post feels empty, no real connection, no real story, no real impact.

What actually builds engagement isn’t a service.
It’s *your voice*.
It’s showing up, consistently.
It’s sharing thoughts that make people pause, reflect, or smile.

Because people don’t connect with perfection, they connect with *real*.

And now, it’s finally time to choose one.

I don’t know which one yet.

Over the next few days, I’m going to explore all 5 ideas, test them, talk about them, and understand which one truly deserves my time, energy, and obsession.

every idea feels exciting at first.
But only a few survive the weight of *execution.*

It’s not even been 12 hours since I shared that I’m going to start building a product.

And I already have two DMs from people offering to build the website.

One of them even referenced my post while pitching.

We’re just getting started. 🥳

This is exactly why I love building in public, the momentum, the conversations, and the people who show up even before the product exists.

We named our company “The Clueless Company.”

And four years later, people still call it one of the smartest “clueless” decisions we ever made. 😄

Every now and then, we get messages like this one:

“I loved this logo tbh. Pretty cool design. I wonder if I’m correct, Clueless is a consulting company for startups majorly right? And that includes anything a startup needs help with except their product ofc xd.”

And honestly, even after all these years, it still brings a big smile to our faces.

Because it reminds us where this all started,
two people (Manasi & I), genuinely *clueless* about how to build a consulting company…
but very clear about *why* we were building it.

We saw founders struggling with everything *except* their product,
marketing not connecting to sales,
sales not connecting to customer success,
and customer success not connecting back to growth.

Because here’s what we’ve learned,

When someone says your website isn’t working, your heart skips a beat. 😅

Yesterday, I got a message from vijay gupta saying,
“Your personal website not working”

For a second, I froze. I immediately checked my site, and it loaded perfectly fine.

Different browser? Still working.
So what was going wrong?

Then I clicked on *the exact link* he shared, and boom 💥 it actually wasn’t working.

That’s when I realized something simple but important:
My website was working without “www”, but not with it.

The tiny three-letter difference that most of us overlook.

So, I quickly opened my domain manager, added the missing CNAME record for “www,” and within minutes, everything was fixed.

Now, both versions (with and without www) are live and working perfectly. ✅

This was such a small issue, but it reminded me of something bigger:

Sometimes we’re so focused on perfecting the big things, design, content, speed, that we miss these little technical details that quietly break the experience.

And if it wasn’t for Vijay’s message, I might not have even realized it.

And here’s a reminder for all of us, check your “www” version too.
Because sometimes, it’s the *smallest fixes* that make the biggest difference.

One idea down. Four to go.

Out of the five product ideas I’ve been exploring, I decided to eliminate the first one today.

It was a D2C product.
And honestly, it just didn’t make sense.

After working on SaaS products for over 17 years, I realized I was forcing myself to like the idea, not because it fit me, but because it sounded *exciting.*

That’s the funny part about ideation.
Sometimes, the toughest decision isn’t which idea to chase.
It’s which one to let go of.

You start with curiosity, but eventually you have to ask the hard questions,
“Do I understand this space deeply?”
“Can I bring something unique to it?”
“Does this connect with what I’ve spent years mastering?”

And this one didn’t.
So, it’s out.

Four more product ideas left.
Let’s see which one gets eliminated next.

That leaves me with just two.

Both are B2B SaaS.
Both are close to my heart.
And both solve problems we’ve been facing for years at The Clueless Company® and The Agency Auditor.

Initially, I had five ideas.
The first one was D2C, eliminated.
Now two B2C SaaS ideas are gone too.

Why?
Because we’ve been there before.

postgen was our B2C SaaS, and it taught us something important, solving for individual users is exciting, but building for businesses is where our experience, systems, and mindset truly fit.

After spending 17 years in the B2B space, I realized it makes no sense to start over in a lane that doesn’t align with what we’ve mastered.

So here we are.
Down to two ideas.
Both solving real, recurring, painful problems.
Ones that we’ve lived through ourselves.

It’s getting serious now, and a lot more interesting.
