I'm Alex. I learned all this while my co-founder Eugene and I were building our first business, a recruiting agency. We were no-names, and nobody knew about us. 
We built our client base from scratch by consistently creating content. 
When I told my friends, who were also founders, how we were getting clients, they asked us to do the same for them. 
So we did. 
Slowly, we grew that experiment from five people to a full-scale agency of 25, with departments, freelancers, and other resources.
