- Implemented a patient safety performance improvement measures of patient medication scanning that increased compliance from 85% to 95%.

- Set standard for clinical-based knowledge, consulted in the program curriculum and oversaw clinical setting for 120 students, resulting in a 97% passing rate for national exams.
