As the founder of Magnolia Digital, I partner with medium-sized IT and healthcare companies to simplify digital marketing and deliver real, measurable growth. My technical foundation as a software developer and project manager (2004–2012) not only shaped my problem-solving skills but also gives me a unique edge in creating marketing strategies tailored to complex industries like IT and healthcare.

•	Part of the Information Management Project and Portfolio team which is responsible to manage and monitor all projects with IM relevance as well as being responsible to implement and improve standard Project Management tools and methods;
•	Conduct wide-impact IT relevant projects;
•	Develop, steer, track and report the project plan activities to reach strategic project objectives;
•	Follow standard project management processes and methodologies;
•	Work closely with key stakeholders from multiple business units in translating business requirements into future state architectures;
•	Contribute, in cooperation with other members of the team, to the continuous improvement of standard project management processes and tools.

• Prepare Project Management Plans and project phase plans for the Projects. Propose for approval tactical contingency plans in anticipation of potential problems. Prepare HW forecast  requirement plans,

• Execute project, monitor and control progress against a baseline plan, look continuously for improvement,

• Ensure Project closing,
• Contribute to project reviews internally and toward the customer,
• Manage customer relationship in the scope of project execution,
• Ensure customer input to the project is received in a timely and effective manner in order to meet project objectives and schedules,
• Obtain customer input sign-off of completed deliverables and formal customer acceptance of project completion,
• Ensure that the project is delivered within the approved budget and profitability forecast,
• Provide appropriate reporting,
• Ensure effective billing and payment. ,
