Have you ever been told: “you’re so different”, “you are emotional/pragmatic”, “you can do this very good, but you cannot do that at all”, etc.? Well… my experience is the opposite, and the results speak for themselves: there is nothing that one cannot do!
Is there one person who can do a thing? That means that that thing is doable. Of course, there are ways, options, methods, structures, tools… for each individual, if one really wants to achieve something. And, at the end of the story, the only thing that matters is: has one achieved it?... and… was it for the right cause? If both answers are yes, from my perspective, it is OK.
What I professionally do at Avaelgo is building and continuously growing bonds with our customers, partners, collaborators. And… it is absolutely fantastic how “what I professionally do” turns into “what I personally do”. It’s art, it’s a lifestyle that I’ve chosen… and that I would experience in any other field. As, it is not about the industry, it is about the person.
I am nothing like the classic salesperson – but is there anyone who is, or… has the classic salesperson become a cliché, as a long-term corporate practices consequence? Should we expect something very “normal” or well-integrated with the norms from a person or should we more likely expect that from the tools, methods and processes that could help the person do the best job?
I live and identify myself with what I do. I get in touch with people, and I discover and rediscover the beauty of human mind and soul… I discover new characters, values, beliefs, ways of solving things, perspectives. I learn about new trends and threats in IT business. I get in touch with remarkable persons, who have dedicated their lives to finding solutions to day-to-day or even global problems. There is no greater opportunity than living in an environment where each one can glow at its highest, where each one finds its way of bringing a new perspective to enrich the whole!

The dynamic and complexity of market context change is the main reason why I love working at an IT services company.
My curricula: Avaelgo 365, the Peace-of-Mind concept. It covers services such as building a cloud strategy by growing technical understanding and making custom Proofs of Concept, testing and implementing them, migrating infrastructures, adapt/rebuild or replace applications, proactively maintain & support cloud infrastructure, constantly advise and train customers.

- organizing marketing campaigns - organize and promote IT events: public courses, conferences (Cloud Conference, Bucharest)

My work here was a dream, playing with wonderful and talented children, collaborating with parents, families, friends. Such an amazing experience!
I had my own music program ”Micii muzicieni” (”Young musicians”), for 5 - 7-year-old children, discovering the wonder of singing, the voice, different instruments (like the piano, violin, flute, etc.), many different rhythms, the musical genres (the concert, the symphony, the opera), and many other things, all through the magic of playing. 
I was also involved in Dianna Popa's music educational programs ("Bebe music", "Eu și mami", ”Descopăr muzica”), learning about the role that music can play in the parent - child connection, but also in self-discovery and development.
