→ Share the idea.
→ Ask the bold question.

3 — Track internal wins:
→ Write down progress.
→ Celebrate efforts.

4 — Separate fear from truth:
→ Ask: Is this fact or insecurity?
→ Decide based on evidence.

5 — Stay consistent with yourself:
→ Show up even when confidence is low.
→ Act aligned with the leader you’re becoming.

When you decide to step into the arena,
something shifts:
→ Your posture strengthens.
→ Your voice carries differently.
→ Your presence expands without forcing it.

And one day, you’ll realize this:
The room didn’t change.
You did.

That’s leadership!

It begins the moment you decide
you are no longer negotiating with your potential.

Promotions don’t start on paper.
They start with identity.

And when you consistently back yourself,
The world begins to meet you at that level.

Hoy confluyen dos hechos muy relevantes y aunque parecen distintos, tienen la misma raíz: el despertar de nuestro poder.

Primero, celebramos el Día de la Mujer, un día para honrar esa energía creadora, valiente y transformadora que llevamos dentro. Pero hoy, en Colombia, este día se entrelaza con algo muy importante: nuestro derecho al voto.

Muchas veces vemos el voto como un trámite, como una obligación ciudadana o un "derecho adquirido" en los libros de historia. Pero yo quiero invitarlos a verlo desde un lugar mucho más profundo.

Votar es la manifestación física de nuestro poder de elegir.

A veces se nos olvida que los seres humanos somos los arquitectos de nuestra realidad. 

Que cada elección —desde lo que pensamos al despertar hasta el trazo que hacemos hoy en una urna— está tejiendo el futuro colectivo.

No se trata solo de política; se trata de consciencia.

• Se trata de no entregarle nuestro poder a la queja o a la indiferencia.

• Se trata de entender que si tenemos el poder de elegir, tenemos el poder de transformar.

Hoy celebro a las mujeres que abrieron camino y celebro que cada uno de nosotros, sin importar el género, tiene hoy en sus manos la herramienta más poderosa del universo: la voluntad.

El “cansancio” que sentimos las y los  líderes no es sólo físico o mental.
Es un cansancio mucho más profundo.

Cansancio de ser fuertes todo el tiempo de jalar como locomotoras al mundo, o de empujar al mundo para que se mueva…

De cumplir expectativas ajenas.

De sostener hijos, parejas, equipos, familias, empresas…y con lo que nos quede de fuerzas, como sea, tratar de sostenernos a nosotras mismas, porque por supuesto, con todo lo que sostenemos no podemos darnos el lujo de fallar…

Si eres líder y te está pesando, y últimamente tu vida te agobia, y a veces solo quieres escapar, es que tu alma sabe que es hora de dar un salto… un salto fuera de la jaula de oro, hacia algo más grande… donde puedas ser tú, en libertad…
