🔍 Why This Matters
🎓 It started in 2013...
At my first campus interview, I saw hundreds of students chasing jobs they didn’t understand — driven by fear, not clarity.
That’s when I asked:

“How can you choose a job if you don’t even know what it’s about?”

Later that year, I lost my father in a car accident. I was 19.
That grief made me fearless. I promised myself to build something that helped others.

💼 17 Jobs Later...
I worked at 17 companies — searching for a team I aligned with.
I never found it. So in 2019, I started my own agency with my wife.
We even built a mud-walled, nature-filled office.

Clients came — Canva, SmartData, IIT Roorkee — but I saw the same old hiring problems:

Resume obsession

No curiosity

Misaligned teams

💡 The Turning Point
In 2023, I tried to solve it. Built an internal team. It failed.
Why? They weren’t aligned with the mission.

“You can’t build culture without the right people.”

I started studying hiring deeply — from books to behavioral psychology — and built a system focused on:

✅ Honest work

It worked.

Today's focus: The landing page (now 90% complete in We-web flow) and defining the UI for our three distinct user portals.

My biggest takeaway from Day 1: Talk to your users immediately.

After just a few interviews, I realized our main value proposition was off. We're pivoting the headline from "Find developers who truly fit your culture" to "Find developers who are truly interested in what you are doing". It’s a small change in words but a massive shift in perspective.

Tomorrow's goal: Making the sign-up and login functional.

I thought I wouldn’t survive taking a long break…

But I Did.

For years, I believed that if I ever went off LinkedIn for too long, everything would crumble.

No clients.
No visibility.
No progress.

But this past month proved me wrong.

I was off LinkedIn for a whole month, unexpectedly and guess what?

I survived.

Not just survived…
I reflected, restructured, and re-aligned.

Being away gave me space to think about the future I want, the kind of brand I’m building, and the kind of woman I’m becoming.

Sometimes stepping back isn’t a setback.
Sometimes it’s God’s way of telling you:

“Pause. I need to show you something.”

I’ve come back with clearer vision, deeper strength, and a renewed commitment to building intentionally.

So if you’re reading this and you’ve been scared to slow down,
You won’t die.
Your brand won’t disappear.
Your purpose won’t expire.

Sometimes a break is the breakthrough.

From One Week Break to One Month of Restriction, I’m Finally Back.

What started as a one-week break to rest and recover from being sick turned into a full month of trying to regain access to my LinkedIn account. Thank you Stewart (LinkedIn Escalation Team) for stepping in my case to get my account back.

It wasn’t easy.
I went from taking a needed pause to being completely restricted and honestly, it tested my faith and my patience on every side.

And beyond LinkedIn, life also hit me with other unexpected losses behind the scenes.
It felt like everything was happening at once.

But thank God for the consolation of the Holy Spirit and for the good people He placed around me.
Their support carried me through.

Like the saying goes:

“Start all over again… even if you must begin from scratch, begin with grace, begin with strength, and begin with God.”

And truly, I’m not scared to start all over again.

Why?
Because I’m certain my NOW and my FUTURE will be better than anything I’ve ever lost, because I am Abba’s daughter.

I went back to God in prayer, and He came through for me.

I also want to say a huge thank you to everyone who checked in, made the post to tag LinkedIn, encouraged me, and supported me through this process, my community, my friends, and those who kept asking, “Racheal, when are you coming back?”

Don’t let anyone downplay what you’re building.

 They didn’t see you start.

People will try to make your progress look small.
They’ll act like your growth is nothing serious.

They’ll talk to you as if your brand isn’t worth much, simply because they didn’t witness the nights you cried, the days you pushed through fatigue, and the months you showed up even when life was hard.

But take this from me today.
What you’re building is bigger than today.
And the value of your work is not determined by anyone’s tone, comment, or opinion.

Your consistency is valid.
Your effort is valid.
Your brand is becoming something people will one day respect publicly, even if they underestimate it privately right now.

So keep going.
Keep building.
And keep showing up like you know where you’re headed.

Because one day, the same people who made it look small will say,
“I always knew you’d become something great.”

You’re not working for applause.
You’re working for influence & impact.
And impact always finds its voice.

Don’t stop. Your future self is already thanking you.

I just stepped into a room that's already shaping what 2026 will look like for me.

I’m grateful to share that I’ve been admitted into the Green Africa Associates & Alliances SDG Innovation Fellowship Programme, First Quarter, 2025.

It’s a three-month journey of innovation, mentorship, and transformational growth, and I couldn’t be more excited.

During my interview, I was asked: “What problem do you want to solve?”
My answer was clear:

Women Empowerment.
Food Security.
Climate Action.
Quality Education.

These areas have shaped my passion for social impact, especially as it relates to changing how young people and women see agriculture.

Because agriculture shouldn’t remain the old, traditional pathway society painted it to be.

We need to integrate technology + agriculture, build smarter systems, and empower more people with the skills and opportunities to thrive.

That’s exactly what my personal project for this fellowship will focus on.
And by next year, I’ll be showcasing a solution designed to drive real impact.

A huge thank you to Olayinka Oluwaseye, the founder, and the entire board members for this opportunity.

I’m stepping into this journey with gratitude, clarity, and purpose.

This is only the beginning.
