•	Dramatically increased worldwide media and analyst coverage by developing a new marketing communications strategy, crafting new messaging and re-segmenting existing media targets 
•	Reformatted IceWarp social media footprint  by building an international social media team and targeting neglected, but effective social media platforms 
•	Reduced marketing campaigns deployment cycle by optimizing internal communications among geographically dispersed staff and partners 
•	Increased Russia/CIS sales by replacing ineffective partners, and launching hard-hitting integrated marketing communications campaigns (PR, direct marketing, Internet marketing, webinars, events and speaking opportunities)
•	Improved sales and partner loyalty by developing customer experience-based media campaigns in Europe, Australia, South East Asia, South America and New Zealand

Career highlights:

Revamped a media relations and content marketing strategy for Redzone. Secured 44 media hits in 10 months, contributing to 23% sales lead growth. Applied a content cascading approach that allowed the company to reduce the content marketing budget by 35% while almost doubling the organic website traffic.  

Built and executed a high-impact strategic communications plan for TrueCommerce. Analyzed TrueCommerce situation and realized that its platform, while profitable, is an amalgamation of boring legacy solutions that cannot excite the media. Solved the problem in two weeks by persuading the leadership to capitalize on the human, and emotional factors of the software selection, adoption, and implementation and building a comprehensive communications plan. Created a library of detailed customer stories with a tinge of drama resulting in explosive coverage growth - over 250 stories in four years and 11% sales leads growth annually.

Developed a strategic analyst relations program. TrueCommerce had its obvious niche with a large addressable market. However, key research firms (Gartner and IDC) retired their market category. Worked with key analysts and the company’s Chief Evangelist to build trust and persuade the analyst community to create a new category where the company was placed as a Leader. This was instrumental for two equity events exceeding $600 million.

Developed a network of international marketing and distribution partnerships for IceWarp. The project, completed in three months, resulted in a 600% global media coverage surge and explosive sales channel growth.
