Define the organizational and operational structure, build alliances with other Mexican brands and different frames and lenses suppliers. Oversee pricing, branding and marketing strategy.

Build and launch the company from day one.

Klober Optical Laboratory

Family owned small optical laboratory to provide lenses to family owned ophthalmic clinics in Mexico City and Chiapas, WEBLENS.mx  and other optical shops. 

Support the family own optical laboratory to change the strategy to be more focused on customer service and quality products. Build the company online ordering system and become a 100% online optical laboratory. Grow sales with some external customers (not family own) that value quality and service over price and build lasting relationships. Manage the production and quality controls for 3 years, reducing the team size to be more productive and more profesional. 

Key Achievement. 
Increase revenue from 70 000 USD to 300 000 USD in 2 years. 
Grow the family own sales from 10% to 60% of all laboratory production in order to reduce risk of loosing revenue from external clients. 
Build long lasting new clients. 
Build new relationships and alliances with suppliers. (Became Varilux Lab and Crizal Authorized Laboratory). 
Create an excellent optical technician team focused on quality and service.

Director of Operations

Hello there! My name is Roman and I am a passionate E-commerce and Digital Marketing expert with a diverse background in building and participating in great companies.

One of my most proud achievements was co-founding Weblens.com, which was the first online and on-demand optical shop in Mexico. We created a platform that allowed customers to try on glasses from their homes and even take eye tests at home.

I also co-founded LOVENÖCK, a company that creates fashion accessories and handbags handmade with social impact. We prioritized fair trade and responsible sourcing practices to ensure that our products had a positive impact on the world.

Additionally, I played a key role in launching DÖNKEBAB, which was the first food truck in Mexico City. This was an exciting project because it blended the physical world of food service with the digital world of social media marketing.

Now, I am based in Vancouver, Canada, where I have been helping companies achieve their e-commerce goals through my expertise in Digital Marketing. I love getting to know a company's customers and figuring out the best way to reach them through their business model and products.
