I’ve noticed something interesting while working with founders.

Many buy features like the same way people order extra pizza toppings.

“Let’s add this.”
“Maybe we should include that too.”
“And one more thing while we’re at it.”

More features. More complexity. More cost.

But very rarely… more results.

A while ago, a client approached me about upgrading their website.

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴:
→ advanced dashboards
→ extra landing pages
→ interactive animations
→ multiple integrations

Technically, all of it was possible.

But after looking at their business, the real issue wasn’t the website.

Their pricing page was confusing.
Their value proposition wasn’t clear.
Visitors didn’t understand what they were actually offering.

So instead of adding features, we simplified the flow.

We clarified the offer.
We restructured the pricing section.
We improved the message.

No fancy additions.

→ Will it increase revenue?
→ Will it reduce costs?
→ Will it save time?

If the answer isn’t clear, the feature probably isn’t necessary.
