Automating & negotiating creator deals with Ginger

Most creatorpreneurs’ biggest business bottleneck is loneliness.

I’m not embarrassed to admit that it’s affected me before.

I’m a creatorpreneur with cofounders in different cities, working from home, and whose career can “easily” thrive behind a screen.

But I realized my environment wasn’t setting me up for success.

My inspiration was at an all-time low.
My insecurities were louder than my ambiance music.
My pickleball paddle begged me to use it.

So I decided to do a 180 and invest in myself harder than ever.

ok I need some tips. if you had to give advice to yourself when throwing your brand’s first launch event, what would you say?

in exactly one week I’ll be hosting 15 top LA creators for Ginger for Creators  first public drop. 

and I’m not gonna lie, planning an event for your own business, no matter the size, is still intimidating.

here’s what goes into pulling off a launch dinner from scratch, paired with my anxious little founder thoughts for anyone curious about what actually goes through my mind:

→ venue hunting (the first IRL creator campus at The Lighthouse Venice was the obvious choice, duhhh)

→ menu planning (we’re in LA, so… veggie options ?? gluten-free options ?? avocado only options?? allergies?? do I need to have lactaid on deck??)

→ guest list curation (harder than it sounds, and yes I know some friends will be mad lowkey but there will be more dinners i promise!!!)

→ decor sourcing (pinterest is both friend and enemy for real)

→ ice breakers and seating charts (please talk to each other guys omg ~ luckily Nii Lartey gifted us a Dare 2 Share card deck so deep convos are covered)

→ goodie bags ??? (how does one even tell a brand hey want to gift stuff for our startup launch, I need help hereee)
