Most people underestimate how tough Sales Development is - high targets, relentless rejection and very little coaching

Having been the first EMEA SDR at Zuora in 2012 with no playbook and only a phone and a list, I know this first‑hand

Over the past decade, I’ve grown from SDR to leadership, AE and CS roles, but one passion has stayed constant: empowering SDRs to find their voice and enjoy prospecting and selling

In 2017, I founded HappySelling.io to help SDRs build confidence, hit results and stay long enough to thrive

Since then, I’ve:

• Coached 3,500+ reps worldwide and helped teams generate £20M+ in closed‑won pipeline

• Trained organisations through HappySelling.io workshops

• Offered freelance coaching for SDRs and leaders via MySalesCoach.com

• Hosted the SDR DiscoCall Podcast, sharing real conversations with SDRs

• Co‑created Brunch & Skank, a South London daytime event blending UK Garage, R&B, Hip Hop and 90s culture

I also run Coach On Call, a free weekly Monday Zoom session where SDRs, AEs, CSMs and founders can ask questions and get candid answers (DM me for the invite - it’s free)

Outside of sales, I’m a proud dad, autism advocate, Spider‑Man fan, MC who still grabs the mic and a music/events organiser in South London.
