As an SDR, my role is to set meetings for the Account Executives on the Sales team with potential customers from the SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments and pre-qualify them. This is done 99% of the time via cold calling.

In my role as recruiter, I was responsible for the entire process of bringing the right candidates on board during war of talent times. This included extensive communication with the applicant, with a personal interview as the final step.

The biggest challenge is to determine whether a candidate fits in with the corporate culture in the shortest amount of time possible. I loved that about the job, because I got to experience different personalities every day. 

What motivated me the most was knowing that with every job seeker I strengthend and developed the company's foundation.

Travis was an early-stage startup that provided a revolutionary travel solution for event organizers and attendees. As a result, we were able to provide event organisers with an online travel booking system integrated into iFrames available on their website, making it easier for attendees to make travel arrangements for their events.

Travis worked with brands such as Formula 1 and Pioneers Festival, and was backed by a number of business angels in two round of investment. The platform we built combined multiple APIs and travel content providers.

As part of the four-person team, I had virtually no limitations. My responsibilities included conducting market analyses for the Asian region, acquiring new customers and cooperation partners, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. In addition, I was responsible for the planning, management, and control of sales activities.
