Business muss vor allem eins machen: Spaß!


Vielleicht ist das ein sehr “Gen Z” Take von mir. Aber gestern Abend habe ich mal wieder bemerkt wie genial es ist, wenn man für das was man macht brennt und aufrichtig Freude an seiner Arbeit hat. 

Zusammen mit Mattia Schaper, Felix Huschke und Aisha Gaisreiter durfte ich gestern Abend die Pitch Night der FOUNDERS LEAGUE unsicher machen und auf dem Business Creator Summit GmbH 4 Gründern beim pitched zuhören. Was sie alle gemeinsam hatten war ganz klar - eine krasse Passion für das was sie machen und ganz viel Überzeugung in das, was sie der Welt bieten wollen. 

Aber nicht jeder von uns ist Gründer. Klar. Spaß und Leidenschaft an dem was du machst kannst du aber trotzdem haben! 

Gemeinsam mit Romea Müller 🕵🏼‍♀️ und Svenja Rossig, die natürlich auch am Start waren, habe ich das letze Jahr Revue passieren lassen und uns ist klar geworden, wie krass viel sich bei uns allen besonders beruflich verändert hat. Im positiven Sinne. Und als wir dem Ganzen etwas tiefer auf den Grund gegangen sind, haben wir festgestellt, dass wir inzwischen einfach alle für Brands arbeiten, hinter denen wir nicht nur 100% stehen, sondern die uns mit ihrer Mission und Vision absolut überzeugt und angesteckt haben. 

Spaß an der Arbeit ist also nicht nur eine Frage des Jobs, sondern vor allem auch eine Frage des Unternehmens. Und das passende Unternehmen zu finden ist definitiv einfacher, als super oft den Beruf selbst zu wechseln. Von daher können wir zumindest hier in unserer Sales/ LinkedIn Bubble den Spaß an der Arbeit wiederfinden - ich versprech’s euch! 

War auf jeden Fall mal wieder ein wunderschöner Abend. Gerne wieder.
