Negotiated a merger deal, created a CRM from scratch and enriched it with 450 contacts, 
implemented a weekly flow of 4 investor calls, securing $350,000 in funding and $200,000 in grants and perks from blockchain foundations. Initiated and led partnerships and collaborations with Tier 1 brands such as Rovio, ZeptoLab, and Ice Hockey LIIGA, driving product innovation in NFTs, GameFi, and DeFi solutions. Developed key strategies for investor relations, ensuring smooth operations across gaming and digital industries.
