Project United Finance Oyj

United Finance Oyj was Fintech enabling Product-as-a-Service models / Product-Service-Systems to its clients in B2B environment, containing Software platform (extending Client ERP/CRM), advisory in service development and concept modelling and finance (Product-as-a-Service, Rental, Factoring).

The Advisory contained service blueprinting, concept modelling, customer value proposal, pricing and legal advisory. Also sales organizations training programs.

UF Revenue was 10 Meuro/Year at its cap, personnel was 50+ in its cap, and seed funding was 6+Meuro. Company had 100+partners, and new sales hitrate was 45% from 1st meeting to agreement in its cap, UF market thesis and value proposition, aswell as proof-of-concept were very succesfull.

However, company burn vs. profitability, including software development expenses and re-financing terms, leaded to non-acceptable level profitability. Also Round A investment aqcuiring where unsuccesfull.

Firstly, I am gathering a fresh, academic background, with studies in:

Considering the studies, my MSc (Econ. & BA) degree consists of strategy work, analytical strategy tools, and key theories and tools used in business development related decision making in established organizations. Business and strategic analysis may be used for identifying beneficial positions for organizations, and identifying possible ways for accessing the resources and capabilities needed for the transition. The toolkit is typically used in management consulting, spesificately in strategy consulting.

My eMBA studies focuses in organizations and leadership, spesifically in change management. The praxis level consist of leadership and communications in role of leading change, with tools of human interaction and performance KPIs related to transformation.

I may serve You in management consulting and establishing new products and services, developing current business, leading strategic projects or partnerships in touch with digital capabilities and strategy.

Secondly, prior my studies, I gather business development experience from new products, offerings, business models covering pivoting rounds, entrepreunership and solution building together with nordic partnerships. Investments experience, from banking, entrepreunership and Corporate Ventures Capital companies.

In total, I gather 14 years experience in Financial Services, containing also fintech and finance. The latest 8 years of experience is containing elements from business development, digital software and platforms.
