Today I’m celebrating 4 years at Verda (formerly DataCrunch)! 💜 
It’s officially the same company, but it never feels that way, because in these 4 years, Verda has changed, evolved, and grown in ways that keep every day exciting. Every 4-6 months something new happens, a new challenge, a new opportunity, a new direction, and we adapt, together.
During this journey, I’ve met incredibly talented, smart, and kind people. For many, I was their first point of contact in the company, guiding them through the first days, answering questions, sharing experiences. And some of these people? They’ve left an imprint on my heart that will last a lifetime.
I’m a person of relationships, and for me, they are everything. I believe that a business can grow and thrive long-term only when trust and connection form its foundation. Looking back, I feel proud that at Verda, we’ve managed to build exactly that.

Working at Luckan Integration, I meet clients from all over the world, people who moved to Finland many years ago, as well as those who can still call themselves newcomers.

Recently, with the current job market situation, I’ve been meeting more and more people who have been looking for a job for quite a long time. Many of them have already tried different approaches: working with career coaches, taking courses, trying to upskill, changing their strategy, networking again and again. And yet, for some reason, they still haven’t found a job.

When a job search lasts longer than we expected and longer than we emotionally prepared for, it can become really difficult. Expectations are not met, frustration and other emotions appear, and the search itself becomes even harder. The matter is, even when your energy and confidence drop, you still have to keep going and continue looking for opportunities. So what can you do in this situation?

This is exactly why I’d like to invite you to a session with Lena Belozerova, Head of People at Verda. Stop talking about hybrid work. It’s dead.

I’ve spent four years in rooms across the Nordics listening to the same scripts about talent attraction, flexibility, and "the happiest country in the world". To be honest? I’m bored. The needle isn’t moving because those topics don’t address the real shift.

AI is no longer a tool. It is the architecture.

The people I’m talking to at Nokia, SAS, and EY already know it. We’re moving past "where" we work and into the guts of the operating model:

Who owns judgment when AI executes? 
How do we build leaders without apprenticeship? 
What is the new KPI when efficiency becomes cheap? 
What is the office for if it doesn't create culture density?

I was talking to a partner at a major law firm who isn't even sure they’ll hire interns this year. The grunt work is gone. If we wipe out that layer, who leads us in 2035?

The winners won’t be the ones "using" AI. They’ll be the ones redesigning around it. Everyone else is just decorating a dead model.
