Projects at the Commonwell are measured against timelines, budget, delivery of scope, but most importantly the realization of the intended benefits of each project.  Over 85% of projects at the Commonwell were consistantly green throughout 2018.

When I started CONTENDER 3 years ago, I didn't invest in a fancy website for 2 reasons.

I didn't want to spend the money. 
And I knew a website wasn't going to make or break my company.

For CONTENDER to work, I knew I needed 3 things: 
1. a really good service I could consistently deliver at a high level, 
2. a clear sense of who I was selling to, and 
3. a channel for getting clients. 

So my sister Christie built our site. She gave me a hell of a deal. And for 3 years, that site was fine. Because we did have those other things in place. 

1. I had the premier LinkedIn ghostwriting service in Legal.
2. I've sold to entrepreneurial law firm owners who understand the value of brand.
3. Believe it or not, I've relied on LinkedIn as the primary client acquisition channel. 
   
What we've done has worked. We've grown without having a pretty website.

If you're thinking about upgrading your site, I can't recommend Luke Netti highly enough. He's very good at what he does and is a pleasure to work with. 

I love how the site has turned out. Feels like it signals the start of CONTENDER's next chapter.  

And I'll be damned if we haven't had 2 new leads come through in the last 24 hours. So maybe a site CAN be a client acquisition channel after all... ;-b
