I’m an AI Product & Policy Strategist, Systems Architect, journalist, and global moderator working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, leadership, governance, healthcare, finance, and ethics. Over the past two decades, I’ve built and shipped AI-powered products, led enterprise and civic technology programs, and moderated high-level conversations with Fortune 500 CEOs, founders, policymakers, military leaders, and global institutions, including the United Nations. These one-on-one and closed-door conversations inform my work designing what I call Happiness Infrastructure: the systems, incentives, and environments that turn dialogue into outcomes.

I bring an operator’s mindset shaped by experience at Amazon (Alexa AI/ML), Paycom, AT&T, and founder-led ventures. I translate complex topics—AI governance, digital inclusion, workforce transformation, and health innovation—into clear decisions leaders can act on.

As a journalist and moderator, I’ve covered and led conversations at Davos Innovation Week, CES, Afrotech, Black is Tech Week, universities, and global policy forums. I’m especially focused on bridging Silicon Valley execution discipline with Global South resilience, ensuring AI policy moves from theory to practice.

She doesn’t write code. And she’s changing the world.

This Wednesday, I want to celebrate two women who prove that the path to the top doesn’t look the same for everyone.

Meet Daniela Amodei, President and co-founder of Anthropic.

She didn’t come from the engineering track. She studied English at UC Santa Cruz, earned a masters in humanities at Harvard, and excelled in music and liberal arts.

But her focus has always been people.

At Stripe, she built teams and culture. At OpenAI, she shaped the people operations that allowed the company to scale, eventually becoming VP of Safety and Policy. She made governance and responsibility central.

In 2021, she left with her brother and other researchers over a disagreement about AI safety. They believed safety must come first.

So they co-founded Anthropic to build AI responsibly.

Today, Anthropic’s models follow constitutional AI structured principles that reduce harm. While the industry chased capability, Daniela focused on alignment, recruiting world-class talent, protecting culture under pressure, and building operational strength.

Her message is simple:

✅Safety is not a brake on innovation. They are strategic assets.

Now meet LaToya Wilson, Global Co-Head of the Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Group.

With over 20 years in impact investing across public and private sectors, LaToya leads the Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures Lab, an in-house startup accelerator that promotes access to capital for early-stage technology companies.

She develops commercial opportunities and strategies to help founders achieve market and thought leadership. She holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Quinnipiac University.
