I have been fully trained on the customer service desk which requires me to fulfil many duties. I had the responsibility to handle customer enquiries/orders/complaints to the best of my ability. It was my duty to deal with all visitors to the store. It was also my duty to be updated on all offers in store.

I have a corporate target of achieving 2 local PR hits a month, and in my first 6 months I achieved an average of 8 hits per month. Through my relations with the local publications I was able to promote the stores activities in the paper on a weekly basis.
