I recently sat down with Nadja Komnenic (Head of Sales at HeyReach.io) to peek under the hood of their Go-To-Market machine.

We often hear about the strategy, but rarely do we get the full list of tools that power the execution.

Step 1: Get your leads into Clay

→ Other Data Providers of your Choice
→ Make sure you have first name, last name, company, domain or LinkedIn URL

There’s always someone who discovered "fire" before you. 

In my latest conversation with Spencer Tahil, I realized something: no matter how much you think you're ahead in the AI space, there is always someone who has been "cooking" longer than you.

I’ve been deep in the world of AI GTM Tools for over 1.5 years now, long enough to feel like I’ve mastered the "fire." But then I talk to builders working on AI agents, and I realize I’m still just rubbing sticks together while they’re serving a 5-course meal.

The lesson? The AI landscape is moving so fast that we are all simultaneously "experts" and "beginners."

If you’re just waking up to what AI can do for your GTM strategy, don't feel behind, just start cooking.

A giant static list full of guesses won’t beat a weekly feed of real buying signals.

Most teams still chase big numbers:

10 000 contacts → 0 context → 0 replies.

Your web scraping is not “data-driven”.

It is just data until you add real GTM acumen and sales intuition.

I spoke about this with Jorge B. Macías on my GTM Advantage podcast.

Jorge went from:
- manually reading websites after 6pm as a rep
- to building scraping systems with Clay and Apify
