Scaling Strategies To Increase Performance By 30%

Should advertisers use the view-through attribution?

Why does attribution matter?

It's the food we feed to the algorithm:

→ Controls the quality of your data.
→ How your results are reported.
→ Conclusions you make.

View-through attribution = low-quality data.

It's low-intent people who just see the ad.

It's the #1 cause for over-attribution.

The click-based model is more accurate.

It's a huge problem for omnichannel businesses.

Solution?

→ Analyse attribution settings in column settings.
→ Test all attribution settings and look for correlations.

But should every business use the same attribution setting?

No.

High AOV = longer attribution window.

Here are 7 other things that affect performance:

→ Testing with low budgets = learning limited.
→ Lacking a variety of scaling strategies.
→ Running too many low-quality tests.
→ Relying solely on broad targeting.

Yesterday’s ProductTank Valencia session was special for me.

First — I took a risk.

I decided to run a live AI demo to show how the future interface of our applications will be experienced:
conversational and voice-driven, managing real business systems and data in real time.

The backend behind it?
Built literally in a few hours — and fully reusable by any business with the same ecosystem.

The conversational AI agent worked perfectly, even answering a spontaneous question from the audience that I honestly wasn’t sure it could handle: It calculated the number of new leads gained during the workshop.

The Voice AI agent also worked well. The only hiccup: an SMS that didn’t get delivered.

Later I found out the issue wasn’t the AI at all — it was a provider setting blocking Spain as an SMS destination.
One checkbox away from a flawless demo.

Lesson learned: always test with phone number from the country you’re demoing in ;))



Second — this was the first time I presented Digital Ecosystem Architecture and the AI-Readiness perspective.

This topic has been part of my entire professional life, always in the background — the invisible layer of any digital project. Essential, but rarely recognized as a “thing.”

Between 2019–2021, I started shaping it into a concept I could explain.

Visualizing it was the hardest challenge. I failed many times. 2D maps helped. Then 3D in VR helped. Animations helped.

I kept building frameworks, models, visuals — trying to reveal this invisible Digital Beast.

Two weeks ago, while preparing for this workshop, I asked myself: “What can I give the audience that is simple, scalable, and immediately valuable?”

That’s how the Digital Ecosystem Cost Calculator was born.

Yesterday was the first time it was shown publicly to the ProductTank Valencia community.
