1. Trained and succession planned within the store through coaching and feedback.

2. Drove sales targets that surpassed prediction with ranking top three in the company

3. Implemented a customer service training plan with the store team to drive sales and kpis in the store.

4. Drove sales in ladies clothing through training that ranked the store top place in the company

Mothercare PLC

Implemented a car seat training programme to support sales team. Carried out Retail Assessor training to award team members of the QQI qualification in 6 retail skills qualifications. 

Implemented training across the store that resulted in increase in numbers from various kpis:

1. Customer satisfaction surveys seen an increase from poor to excellent within 3 months 

2. Instore monthly events increased by 80% within 2 months

3. Commercial moves within the store seen an increase in sales overall of 20% versus last year

4. Managed Photo studio concession brand within the retail store managed canvassing daily targets and training this seen an increase in ATV per photoshoot.

5. Implemented a new people structure in the store first one to pilot this, it was a success and was rolled out within other branches.

Supported in the training and development of the store team through the Retail Ireland Skillnet programme. 

1. Implemented a people management plan for the Limerick store to support in the day to day operations of all the departments.

2. Supported in the implementation of the brand values at store level with the team through training, coaching and feedback.

3. Supported in performance management training for succession planning, appraisal planning and performance related support for managers.
