I have handled 2400000m³ of Fresh Concrete across India and executed 3N/mm² to 140N/mm² grades of concrete in demanding conditions along with Flyash and Slag to enhance performance of Fresh and Hardened Concrete.

I always try to make concrete mix designs with the least Carbon Footprint. I have worked on all special types of concretes such as High Volume Flyash Concrete, High Performance Concrete, Self Compacting Concrete, High Strength Concrete, Gap Graded Mixes, Fiber reinforced Concrete with steel as well as PP fibres, Cold Storage Floorings, Pre Stressed concrete mixes, Abrasion resistant industrial floorings, Formulation of Micro Concrete Grouts, Machine foundations with high vibrations, Temperature controlled concrete, Pavement Quality Concrete done with Paver Machines, Shotcrete etc...

Working with prominent RMC's to validate their Concrete Mix Designs, Guided them for large single pours of 12,000 cubic meters, Done Long distance concrete at 76 km with travel time of 6 hours, Pavement Quality Concrete, FM2 Industrial Floorings and up to 240m pipeline pumping.

I am associated with top Construction/Precast Companies, Infrastructure Projects and Industrial Projects to guide their team for Concrete Quality, Lab Management, QAP/ITP/SOP, Framing of KPI's, Rework Reduction and other In-house developments.

Through my original research work on the topic of Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam Model for Organizational Growth. I have contributed, in the development of Partners in Progress Concept that effectively helps in reducing the Standard Deviation for the Design of Experiments planned to reach a desired Goal.

Academically I am moving towards further refining and implementing the Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam Model and its rigorous experimentation in those organizations which are looking for perpetual growth.
