"Ergonomics for Corporates," my bestseller, is a groundbreaking book that addresses the crucial need for a lifestyle and postural change among today's hardworking generation. My other contributions include ‘Ergonomics for Healthcare Professionals' and 'Physiotherapy in Orthopedic and Rheumatologic Conditions. 

My passion for promoting well-being doesn't stop there. I am actively collaborating with school management to instill postural corrections in children from an early age. By nurturing healthy bodily behaviors, we can empower the next generation to enjoy lifelong well-being.

Started it as a way to channel my free time and energy during the Covid pandemic (a podcast for health related bite sized talks) only to take a break later for the Masters program (Jan '21- Mar '23). Currently, it's all up and running as a mass education & virtual consultancy space :)

Hi there :)

I am a Consulting Physical Therapist, specialised in Cardiovascular and Respiratory Sciences.

Other than that I'm constantly looking out for novel and out-of-the-box opportunities.

These opportunities could vary from my expertise in Physical Therapy and Research to Medical Journalism to Podcasting(tried my hand at it for a while)!

Now why such opportunities when they do not even fit my basic profile? 

As an individual, I believe in pushing boundaries and experiencing discomfort, as it is the only way to grow in life. Breaking the box that we are put into, is so crucial to growth! Newer opportunities help us find what we like, what we absolutely love and who do we want to become in this life. 

And if you ask me, I want to be tad better than what I was yesterday.  

For the background, I have studied Bachelors and Masters in Physical Therapy, and always been a part of various societies and extra-curricular activities such as zonal badminton competitions, extempore, event organizing, marathons etc. 

In 2020, when we all were stuck at home due to Covid-19 pandemic, I started a podcast called "The Health Affair" which tried to shorten the bridge between healthy, unhealthy and everything in between! You can listen to it now on Youtube and Spotify :)

My ultimate goal as a Healthcare Provider is to create awareness amongst masses about the vital role rehabilitation plays in preventive and tertiary healthcare. Also, there is a divine connection between health and media as telemedicine and telerehabilitation are the future!
