As the first HR Manager at Taktika, I have taken on multiple roles and responsibilities in the growth and development of the organization. My primary responsibilities include developing and implementing HR and marketing strategies, and managing strategic partnerships.

• Create and implement quarterly and yearly work plans and budgets for the HR department.
