At Avantik, I worked in every area of the marketing department, including trade shows, educational workshops, graphic design and print material. My favorite part of my job at Avantik was the digital side, including website management, email marketing, video production and photography.

Deanna Lennox

WHAT I DO: At eVSM, I support Operational Excellence teams in large, complex manufacturing environments by helping them adopt digital value stream mapping practices that remove grunt work and accelerate results. My focus is on customer success, so Lean and CI professionals can spend less time crunching numbers and more time driving real improvements. I work to communicate best practices, clarify complex functionality, and showcase how digital VSM leads to smarter and faster decision-making. I'm currently pursuing my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to deepen that support and contribute even more effectively to CI and Lean initiatives.

WHO I WORK WITH: eVSM’s clients include Fortune 500 manufacturers and OpEx teams working in complex, highly regulated environments. Most are in pharma, chemical, food, and automotive sectors. Many manage shared resources, dozens of product variants, and compliance constraints. I work closely with our leadership team, Lean consultants, and customers to ensure they have access to the right VSM resources, industry-specific knowledge, and ongoing support, whether that’s through webinars, templates, or expert coaching.
