As Learning Leader at Charly, I was responsible for the training and development processes of the Manufacturing and CEDIS business unit.

During my professional stay at Charly, I was in charge of training, coaching, developing and auditing the personnel of the Distribution Center. I also covered the training needs, supervised the execution of the operating processes, controlled and disseminated KPI´s (indicators) to area coordinators.
