In my role leading the Product Team, I led product development, research, monetization, retention and analytics for Stryda's products and services. Also during this timeframe, I was part of the team that worked on two investment rounds for the company.

I was the architect and manager of the 2.0 version of the Mr Green Marketing department. We went from being highly dependent on analog media to being close to 100% digital in a very short time. I managed the Marketing department team which included all Regional Managers, Content Creation, Marketing Analytics, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing and User Acquisition at a total headcount of 77. During my time as CMO we went from a +8% to a +34% QoQ growth of revenue in only three quarters.

Built an Online Live Service for a portfolio of games operating globally 24/7. All in less than 12 months.
